The Everest region of Nepal known as the ‘Land of the Sherpa’ is understandably the world's most popular trekking destination. All of our Everest treks begin with a spectacular flight from Kathmandu to the 9,000-foot airstrip village of Lukla. En route to the world's highest peak, we will hike alongside the raging Imja Khola River, pass through picturesque Sherpa villages and visit Buddhist monasteries before entering the high alpine valley beneath Mount Everest.
